π± Texts from your phone
Text your phone line a question about fundraisers ("any fundraisers this week", "who is hosting the Lankford fundraiser") and it answers from this calendar. Several matches come back numbered; text the number for details. Read-only: a text never changes an event.
βοΈ Trip alerts
When GoThere sees a new flight into DC, this app checks your Meetings calendar and emails you a numbered list of fundraisers that fit the gaps. Reply to that email with the numbers you want and you get the details back: address, cost, the original invite, and one-tap contact for the organizer. The venue also goes to GoThere so it can suggest what to order.
π Researched identifications
When an invite names someone the public roster cannot pin down, the app researches it instead of guessing: this firm’s own past events, then FEC filings showing which committees pay the firm, then a web search. Anything it works out this way is labelled a researched guess on the card until you confirm it.

Merge duplicate events (the same fundraiser picked up twice β once from a firm's roundup and once from the member's own invite). Events at different times on the same day are left alone.

Research firms missing details (website, address, principals) from the web β using their staff email domains and FEC vendor records as clues.
Research fundraiser contacts (title, LinkedIn, headshot, bio) from the web β anchored on the firm they work for.
